Our Sprouts class is a "mommy and me" style class designed specifically for little athletes who are 2 and 3 years old.  This class will introduce your preschooler to the spring floor, the trampoline, tumbling aids, and several basic skills on each apparatus.  Our curriculum incorporates music and movement to teach very introductory gymnastics skills.

Parents will assist their preschooler in completing stations and skills while spending quality time with their Kiddie CAt!  Our Sprouts class is 55 minutes in length, and will consist of stations, creative movement with music, parent assisted free play, and a visit to the treasure box.
